Worked as an in-house Lawyer cum Remedial at PT Bank Bali Tbk (now PT Bank Permata, Tbk) from 1996 to 2000. Served as Group Head/Assistant Vice President (AVP) in the Legal Assistance Division-1 at the National Bank Restructuring Agency (BPPN) from 2000 to 2004. Directed a Private Auction House from 2007 to 2012. Worked as a Legal Analyst & Drafter at SGS & Partners Law Office (now Sumaryanto & Hasibuan Law Firm) from 2008 to 2023. Served as Advisor/Expert Staff at a Private Auction House from 2012 to 2023 and as a Legal Consultant for the Legal Team of a National Savings and Loan Cooperative from 2021 to 2022.

Authored 5 books, including 3 legal books in the field of credit for Commercial Banks, Savings and Loan Cooperatives, and Rural Banks, and 3 non-legal books.
